Helen discovered Pilates in 2007 at a time when she was experiencing chronic low back pain. Attending a weekly mat class gradually reduced the pain and associated stiffness until Helen was completely pain free. Through committed practice Helen has remained pain free, is stronger, more flexible and enjoys running without injury or fatigue.
In 2019 took the decision to change career and has now joined Bristol Pilates Studio as a Peak Pilates Comprohensive Level 2 Pilates Teacher.
