Join us on Friday 14th of December at our studio for a festive open day
The perfect opportunity to find out more about Pilates and give it a go.

12:00 & 15:00: Open studio with tea and snacks
Come and meet us, look around the studio and ask as many questions as you like.

13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00: Mat class and studio sessions every 30 mins.
Try a mat class for an hour or spend some time on the various pieces of Pilates apparatus we have in the studio.

There will be plenty of snacks and drinks on offer. We’re also raising money for charity so we ask for a £2 donation if you’re coming for a chat, £5 if you’d like to attend a class or studio session.
