Any time is a good time to start a healthy habit, but the start of the new year always gives people a boost.

Pilates is a perfect healthy habit to start. It improves your core strength, balances your body and works your mind and body connection. Loads of our clients say they leave the studio with a spring in their step!

At our studio we’ve got several pieces of Pilates apparatus which means we can teach the complete Pilates method. Joseph Pilates believed that ‘the mat is the method’ and he invented the apparatus in order to help clients improve their matwork. So we do the same.

During the 4 week beginners course you will learn exercises on the mat and on the apparatus, gaining a full introduction to the Pilates movement system. With small groups of just 6 people you’ll have more time to work on your individual needs. By the end of the course you’ll be able to practice at home with confidence as well as come into the studio to use the apparatus.

We’re running classes every Saturday starting on 19th January for 4 weeks at 09:30, 10:30 and 11:30.

The course costs £60
