What will be discussed and taught during the course:
Why Pilates is anti-aging magic for your body.
Where Pilates originated from and how it developed.
What is Pilates and the difference between fitness, contemporary and classic Pilates.
What makes Pilates a whole body movement system and not just about ‘the core’.
Dispelling the myths about the core and distinguishing between muscle pain and muscles working.
Pilates principles and how to apply them to your body.
Lengthen, strengthen and activating the muscles of the body.
Pre-Pilates exercises and a repertoire to practice at home.
A 10 minute dynamic beginners Classic Pilates repertoire to practice daily at home.

There will be a maximum of 8 people per course.
