Pilates is a great form of exercise for people who want to build up their core strength or who are recovering from injury. The studio is great with a really cosy feel and both Elle and Evie are fantastic teachers who know their students well and are always happy work around any issues they may have.
I’ve been going to Bristol Pilates Studio for over a year now taking mat classes and working on the reformer and have found the work I do with Elle and Evie to be the best “cure” for leg cramps there is. Having played sports all of my life, I picked up a lot of injuries and found that I could not move my body pain free anymore and was being awoken at night with recurring leg cramps prior to taking Pilates. Now those painful events are in the past. I can definitely recommend BPS to you without hesitation!
BPS create a relaxed atmosphere that promote the Pilates philosophy deeply. Both Evie and Elle are great teachers one-to-one and classes are fun too.
I really enjoy my classes with Evie. I started as a complete beginner to pilates and was a little intimidated at the thought of starting. I was made to feel completely welcome and at ease straight away. The classes are relaxed and fun, but at the same time I have learnt a lot in a short amount of time. Evie has a great rapport with the class and helps whenever it is needed. The classes are varied and whilst repeating the same exercises there is a different focus each week to help us improve a particular aspect. I have found them extremely beneficial and would recommend them to anyone. 😊

Elle and Evie are fantastic. They make pilates relaxed and fun and I can really feel the benefits after 2 terms
