Pilates is a great form of exercise for people who want to build up their core strength or who are recovering from injury. The studio is great with a really cosy feel and both Elle and Evie are fantastic teachers who know their students well and are always happy work around any issues they may have.
I really enjoy my classes with Evie. I started as a complete beginner to pilates and was a little intimidated at the thought of starting. I was made to feel completely welcome and at ease straight away. The classes are relaxed and fun, but at the same time I have learnt a lot in a short amount of time. Evie has a great rapport with the class and helps whenever it is needed. The classes are varied and whilst repeating the same exercises there is a different focus each week to help us improve a particular aspect. I have found them extremely beneficial and would recommend them to anyone. 😊
Elle’s classes are tailored to the individual, pushing you as far as you need and ensuring you work to your own goals. I love attending the classes, even when I’m tired at the end of a day I leave feeling energised and we always laugh as well.
BPS create a relaxed atmosphere that promote the Pilates philosophy deeply. Both Evie and Elle are great teachers one-to-one and classes are fun too.

I have been coming to this studio for nearly two years now and it’s been amazing. Both Elle and Evie are extremely knowledgeable and supportive and carefully tailor each class to suit everybody’s abilities. I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness, strength and flexibility since starting in mat group classes postnatally. I have also really enjoyed private sessions with Elle on the reformer which has helped me to further balance out my body. I would highly recommend Elle and Evie for anyone looking to start Pilates.
