You lovely lucky Bristolians! I broke my leg a few years back and started off my recovery with Elle’s Pilates classes and a few other gentle exercises. Set me off on a path of complete recovery and there is nothing I want to do I can’t do! Strength from within and the core helps everything else. Also her classes are a complete hoot – try holding a plank and laughing at the same time, it’s like 2for1. (Disclaimer : she can’t count for peanuts – when you are doing hundreds ALWAYS best to count too ??). Kirsten
